Our story begins in 2010 when Bijoy, having gained valuable experience from working with some of the most notable mortgage brokers in Sydney, decided to establish Dezire Mortgage Solutions.
The inspiration behind starting the company came when Bijoy’s uncle was seeking a home loan, and young Bijoy attempted to assist him in finding the best possible mortgage option.
However, Bijoy soon discovered that different banks offered varying rates, borrowing capacities, and products, which left him feeling confused and frustrated. This experience led him to work with a mortgage broker firm, and in 2010, Bijoy launched Dezire Mortgage Solutions with the goal of fulfilling people’s financial desires and helping them achieve financial freedom.
Bijoy’s vision is to help individuals realize their true financial potential, and this philosophy remains at the core of everything we do at Dezire Mortgage Solutions.
Senior Mortgage Consultant
Bijoy is a senior mortgage broker with more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage and finance industry. He is known for simplifying complex lending scenarios and helping clients understand their home loan options with clarity and confidence.
He has strong experience in structuring complex mortgage transactions and guiding clients through the finance process in a practical and straightforward way. His goal is to make every step easier to understand and less stressful for his clients.
Bijoy holds an MBA from Madurai, India, and worked in retail and sales before moving into mortgage broking. This background has helped him build strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
He is fluent in Malayalam and enjoys connecting with the Malayali community in Sydney. Outside work, Bijoy enjoys playing volleyball and badminton and is actively involved in church activities in Sydney and a sporting club in Campbelltown.

Mortgage Consultant
Bipin is an experienced mortgage broker with more than 10 years of lending and finance experience. Before entering the mortgage industry, he worked with AMP, building a strong foundation in financial services and client support. He specialises in home loans and also has expertise in car loans, personal loans, commercial loans, and SMSF loans.
He holds an MBA from Coimbatore, India, and has also completed postgraduate studies at UTS, strengthening his finance and lending knowledge.
Bipin is known for making lending simple and easy to understand. He works closely with clients to provide clear, practical loan solutions that support their personal, business, and property goals. He was also recognised as a 2023 finalist for Mortgage Broker of the Year – Metro at the Mortgage Business Awards, and is part of Dezire Mortgage Solutions, which was recognised as a 2019 finalist for New Office of the Year at The Adviser Australian Broking Awards.
Outside of work, Bipin is passionate about soccer and is closely affiliated with Canterbury Sporting Club Inc. He is fluent in Malayalam and also has a good understanding of Tamil and Hindi, helping him connect with a diverse range of clients.
